Exercise classes offered by Nambucca Heads Physiotherapy Centre.

PPDEP Exercises

This is a program of exercises designed specifically for people with Parkinson's Disease.

The session is run by an accredited PD Warrior Instructor (Physiotherapist).

Time and Location:

  • Friday 9.50am, Nambucca Headland Hall

These classes are run in 10-week blocks, must be booked for attendance (please call us on 6568 7700) — and require a referral from your doctor.

Posture Plus

yoga meditationA blend of pilates and yoga principles to improve your overall flexibility, core strength and promote relaxation.

Fantastic for neck and shoulder pain, postural pain, headaches, hip bursitis, weak back muscles and recovery from surgery.

Times: Wednesdays 8am and 5.30pm

Location: Nambucca Headland Hall.

This dynamic class is tailored to improve your balance, fitness and strength ina  safe environment.
