We require payment at the time of consultation

We have EFTPOS facilities at the Nambucca Heads Practice. At the Stuarts Point Practice we accept cash or cheque.

Patients with private health insurance can claim their rebate using our HICAPS terminal by bringing in their private health fund card.

Patients attending for treatment for a work related injury should have reported the injury to their employer, and will need to provude us with a doctor's referral, contact details for the employer, as well as a claim number and current WorkCover certificate once available.

If you have a Medicare Care Plan (EPC scheme) you can claim your Medicare rebate directly through us.

There are no out of pocket costs for WorkCover or Veterans Affairs patients.
